The GIZ INCLUDE website was launched by Mr. Pratap Kumar Pathak, Secretary, Ministry of Industry, in the presence of officials from the Ministries of Industry, Finance, and Local Development, and GIZ/INCLUDE, among others, during the fourth INCLUDE Steering Committee meeting on June 29, 2010.

Mr. Pradesh K Rai, Programme Officer responsible for Regional Communication and Public Relations for GIZ INCLUDE, gave a short presentation on the necessity and conception of the website and also gave a short summary of the contents and pages of the website.

The website contents and design were much appreciated by the members present and suggestions for a more dynamic website were also given. The members also opined that more promotion and publicity of GIZ INCLUDE’s work and relationship with government and local bodies should be done through the website. The website was thus accepted and endorsed by the Steering Committee.

Also present for GIZ INCLUDE in the meeting were Mr. Horst Ammann (Programme Manager), Ms. Kumudhini Rosa (Senior Advisor), Mr. Arun Rana (Senior Programme Officer), Miss Himadri Palikhe (Programme Officer), and Mr. Ujjwal Bajracharya (IT Programme Officer).
